I have never had any contact with First USA Bank and never applied for a loan or credit from them. It greatly concerns me that they are pursuing my personal credit history without my knowledge or authorization.

I found out it was First USA Bank that made the inquiry. There was no explanation as to why there was an inquiry. The only reason I can connect to this inquiry was that I opened a Pier 1 account the day the inquiry was made. Last year, I had Lifelock put fraud alerts on all my accounts; maybe that's why First USA made the inquiry.
